Simon Booth

Simon has a general Chancery practice including real property (in particular easements and restrictive covenants) commercial and agricultural landlord and tenant, insolvency and company law (including shareholder disputes) partnership, probate, professional negligence and trusts, general commercial and contractual disputes.

He is a mediator accredited through Regent's College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Simon is licensed for Direct Public Access work.

Outside interests include scuba diving, martial arts and running.
